Ford 2000
The Ford 2000 is a utility tractor produced from 1962 to 1975 by Ford. It was built in Highland Park, Michigan, USA. The four-cylinder Ford 2000 tractor was very similar to the 601 Workmaster series of Ford tractors but is entirely different than the later three-cylinder 2000 which replaced it. It features gasoline and diesel engine options, multiple transmission choices including a Select-O-Speed full power shift, and various attachments such as the Ford 1200 and 725 loaders. The tractor has a two-wheel drive with manual utility steering and power row-crop steering, and an open operator station. It has a rear PTO with optional live and independent PTO features depending on transmission choice. The Ford 2000 is known for its versatility and utility in farming applications.
