The Ingersoll 1014 is a 1987 lawn tractor from the I-Driv Series, built in Winneconne, Wisconsin, USA. It features a 14 hp Briggs & Stratton 656cc 2-cylinder gasoline engine with an electric starter and a 2.1 gallon fuel tank. The tractor uses an I-Driv belt-driven friction disc transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears. It has two-wheel drive, manual steering, and an open operator station. The rear PTO is independent. Dimensions include a 42 inch wheelbase, 60.3 inch length, 33 inch width, and 39 inch height at the steering wheel, with 6.2 inches ground clearance. Tires are lawn/turf type, sized 6.50-6 front and 8.50-8 rear. Electrical system is 12 volts with negative ground. Attachments include a 42" mid-mount mower deck, snowblower, and blade. Due to failures of the friction disc drive, many 1014 tractors were converted to a Peerless 800 transmission, and unsold new tractors were relabeled as model 114B.
