The International Harvester 254 is a compact utility tractor built by Mitsubishi and distributed by International Harvester from 1982 to 1984. It features a Mitsubishi 1.1L 3-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine producing 24 hp (17.9 kW) with a 9-speed gear transmission. The tractor offers two- or four-wheel drive options, a two-post ROPS with optional canopy, and a live rear PTO with 540/1250 rpm.
