Mahindra 2555

The Mahindra 2555 is a compact utility tractor built by TYM for Mahindra since 2016. It features a 2.6L 3-cylinder turbocharged intercooled diesel engine producing 55 hp (41.0 kW). The tractor offers two transmission options: a 12-speed shuttle with dry disc clutch and a hydrostatic with infinite forward and reverse gears in 3 ranges. It has four-wheel drive, power steering, wet disc brakes, and a two-post foldable ROPS with an optional cab with air-conditioning. The fuel tank capacity is 16 gallons (60.6 L). The tractor's PTO is independent with a 540 rpm rear PTO at 2300 engine RPM. Hydraulics are open center with 1 or 2 rear valves and pump flows of about 9.5-9.7 gpm. The hitch is category I with position control and a rear lift capacity of 3314 lbs (1503 kg). Standard tires are 9.5x16 front and 14.9x24 rear, with optional lawn/turf and industrial tires. Dimensions include a length of 134.1 inches (340 cm), width about 71 inches, and height 102 inches (259 cm). The tractor weighs between 4056 and 4299 lbs depending on configuration. Attachments include a front-end loader (2555L) with a lift capacity of 3122 lbs and a Mahindra 75BL backhoe with a digging depth of 116 inches. Electrical system includes a 12 volt alternator charging at 90 amps and a 96 AH battery.
