The Minneapolis-Moline RTE is an adjustable-front axle version of the R series row-crop tractor produced from 1947 to 1953. It features a Minneapolis-Moline 2.7L 4-cylinder gasoline engine, a 4-speed unsynchronized transmission, and two-wheel drive with manual steering. The tractor has a wheelbase of 84.5 inches and weighs 3300 lbs. It was built in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, with a total production of 1,115 units. The RTE variant is part of the R Series which also includes RTU, RTS, RTN, and RTI models. It has a rear PTO type 560 (1.375) and optional hitch available from 1952. The tractor is known for its open operator station and disc brakes.
