The Snapper SPX 2042 is a lawn tractor produced from 2012 to 2013 as part of the SPX Series by Snapper, a part of Briggs & Stratton. It features a 20 hp Briggs & Stratton 540cc 1-cylinder gasoline engine with an electric starter and a 3.5 gallon fuel tank. The tractor uses a Hydro-Gear T2 belt-driven hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse speeds. It has two-wheel drive with manual steering and an open operator station.
