The Farmall 1566 is a row-crop tractor produced from 1974 to 1976 as part of the 66 Series by Farmall, a division of International Harvester. Built in Rock Island, Illinois, USA, a total of 7,417 units were made. It features a powerful 7.1L 6-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine producing 183 hp, coupled with a 12-speed two-speed power shift transmission with torque amplifier. The tractor offers two-wheel drive with planetary final drives, power steering, and hydraulic wet disc brakes. It has an open operator station with an optional air-conditioned cab.
