Fordson E27N Major

The Fordson E27N Major was known simply as the the Fordson Major until 1953, when the E1A "New Major" entered production. After that, it became common to use the E27N Major designation. It was built in Dagenham, England by Fordson, a part of Ford. The tractor was available with either a Ford 4.4L 4-cylinder gasoline engine or a Perkins 4.7L 6-cylinder diesel engine.
