Farmall 756

The Farmall 756 is a row-crop tractor produced from 1967 to 1971 as part of the 56 Series by Farmall, a division of International Harvester. It was offered in several variants including the IH 756 standard chassis, the Farmall 756 row-crop chassis, and the 756 Custom economy model. The tractor was equipped with multiple engine options including a 5.1L 6-cylinder diesel, 4.8L 6-cylinder gasoline, and 4.8L 6-cylinder LP gas engines. Transmission options included an 8-speed gear transmission and a 16-speed two-speed power shift with Torque Amplifier. The Farmall 756 featured hydrostatic power steering, independent hydraulic disc brakes, and optional cab with heat and A/C. It had a rear IH Fast Hitch and an independent rear PTO with 540/1000 RPM speeds. The tractor's dimensions included a 105 inch wheelbase, 164 inch length, 92 inch width, and 82 inch height at the steering wheel, with a shipping weight of 8,350 lbs for the diesel model. Electrical system used an alternator with 55 amps charging capacity and different battery configurations for gas/LPG and diesel models.
